All Product Instructional E-Books are emailed to customers as soon as their product is shipped by Amazon. If you however, have previously opted-out from receiving 3rd party emails from us or Amazon, you can also find and download our FREE instructional E-Book here.

Returns should be placed through your Amazon account. Per Amazon policy, returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery.
